Sonja is a Melbourne born yoga instructor who has been practicing for 19 years and teaching for 5 years. With a background in jazz ballet, Sonja was devoted in her personal practice of yoga for many years before moving into teaching, for which she trained in Ireland with Himalaya Yoga Valley and has a 200 HR RYS certification. She has also spent some time living and studying in a meditation and mindfulness communities in the hills of Northern Italy. Nowadays, Sonja enjoys sharing her yoga passion and skills with yogis of all ages, through yoga classes and also in her role as Lululemon brand ambassador.
Is a passionate functional medicine nutritionist and believes wholeheartedly in the power of Food as Medicine. She absolutely loves helping others to achieve health, wellness and vitality through food choices and how they live their lives.

Meg discovered yoga at the age of sixteen, using the practice to quell her anxious tendencies. Her love affair with yoga and meditation ignited a deep passion for holistic wellbeing, and lead Meg to take the leap from the advertising world into teaching. Her meditation classes focus on using mindfulness techniques to improve focus, clarity and intuition. She provides students with the skills to adopt a mainstream meditation practice into everyday life, helping them to feel a greater sense of calm. A regular yoga and meditation practice completely transformed Meg’s life, and she teaches in hope that her students will experience the same benefits.
